A Level Results Success
Celebrating Success - 15th August 2024

We are delighted that our A level students have done us proud by achieving fantastic results and we wish to congratulate them on their excellent effort and achievement over their time at the New Sixth at St Gregory’s. Every grade tells a story and we are confident that our young people have received an education for the whole person – academically, personally and spiritually.

19% of all grades were A*-A, with 96% of students receiving A*-E. Art, photography and PE students achieved exceptional value added grades and many other subjects enjoyed success including drama, Spanish, maths, biology and English Language and Literature.

The school is delighted that so many of our students are off to prestigious universities and apprenticeships while others embark on exciting careers or gap years. We have several students with Oxbridge places including:

  • Edgar H who takes up a place at The University of Cambridge to read Linguistics after securing A*A*A* and A
  • Beth H will be reading veterinary studies at Cambridge with A*A*A*
  • Elena H goes to the University of Oxford to read Chemistry with A*A*A* and an A in AS Further Maths.
