Virtue

We appreciate diversity within our sixth form and have celebrated this through student-led events such as our pride day in which we raised money for charities supporting LGBTQ+ youth.

Everyone is treated with kindness and respect.

During my time at St Gregory’s and the New Sixth, I have grown immensely as a person. I have been continuously provided with, and have also created, opportunities to engage with the school community and be an active member of society.

Throughout my time at the New Sixth, I have helped Year 7 students develop their reading skills and supported younger students in maths classes. This experience has not only allowed me to form relationships with a wide range of students but has also helped me understand others better and become a role model for younger students.

Everyone is treated with kindness and respect, no matter their background, and is wholly welcomed into our community.

As part of the student leadership team, I have participated in school-wide events to support local charities such as Julian House and Bath Women’s Refuge, and we have raised money for the Ben Saunders Foundation. We appreciate the diversity within our sixth form and have celebrated this through student-led events like our pride day, where we raised money for charities supporting LGBTQ+ youth. Events like these highlight how, at St Gregory’s and the New Sixth, everyone is treated with kindness and respect, no matter their background, and is wholly welcomed into our community.
