Future Ambitions in Music and Dance
Cheryl has clear ambitions for her future in music and dance. "My ambition is to continue to practise the piano and violin and to take my Grade 8 piano exam. I would also like to take ballet lessons as I love to dance, so I would like to get my dance exams," she explains.
Advice for Prospective Students
Cheryl offers practical advice for younger students considering St Gregory’s. She emphasises the importance of exploring school facilities and the learning environment. "Some advice I would give to younger students is to have a look around schools and see their facilities, as these will help you to learn. See what the lessons are like and how students learn. Will you have an opportunity to have fun in class with activities and group work? This has been really important for me at St Gregory’s," she advises.
Favourite Memory
Cheryl’s favourite memory from her time at St Gregory’s is the Year 8 trip to Longleat. She recalls, "We got to see lots of animals and learn about their habitats, but we also got to spend time with our friends and have fun. There were lots of games for us to play which were very enjoyable."
